Regular Rice savored in Maharashtra. This has been coming to us for 3+ years from Balsaver Kaka at Kamshet. The aroma of this rice is amazing. And it has been tested at Agri labs, showing 200 times higher vitamins and minerals content than regular Indrayani rice. Potassium, Magnesium and other minerals.
Soak it for 30-45 mins. before preparation as its unpolished.
Goes very well with THAI curries too.
